DP Karts Jake Dixon has won the 2010 Rookies Victorian State Title.

After off track excursions in heat 1 and 2 Jake fought back in the Pre final taking the lead and winning by a large margin.

The final was not going to be easy for Jake with fierce competition from Oakleigh driver Liam McLellan. There was no less than 7 lead changes in the opening laps before McLellan went wide dropping a wheel putting him back in the field.

Jake was never challanged from then on, going on to win his 3rd State Title in his short career.
